Customer Service 
Credit Card Policy
Art Mart accepts Visa and Mastercard only. Online orders require the use of a three digit security code from the back of the card. Cards are charged when the order is placed. If your shipping address is different from your billing address for your credit card, you must have the shipping address registered with your credit card as an authorized delivery location, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Art Mart ships framed pictures via UPS Ground, and unframed pictures by either UPS Ground or the US Postal Service. Please note that UPS cannot ship to Post Office boxes. We ship within 5 days for unframed prints, 10 days for framed prints. If you need faster service, please call our retail store, and we can discuss alternate arrangements. In the event that a package is undeliverable, Art Mart will cancel the order and reverse the charges to your credit card.


Returns Policy

Framed Art
Undamaged merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer must call the retail store for a return authorization number within two weeks of order receipt, and pay all return shipping charges. Returns must be enclosed in the original packaging. For items damaged during shipping, the customer will be given a replacement free of charge and credited for return shipping charges, provided the damaged item is reported within two weeks of receipt.
Unframed Art
Undamaged merchandise may be returned for store credit for the price of the product, not including shipping charges. The customer must call the retail store for a return authorization number within two weeks of order receipt, and pay all return shipping charges. Returns must be enclosed in the original packaging. For items damaged during shipping, the customer will be given a replacement free of charge and credited for return shipping charges, provided the damaged item is reported within two weeks of receipt.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to addresses in Nebraska are changed a state sales tax as well as any additional local sales tax.
